What we do to improve the experience ✨
PVA is an App designed to improve the customer experience. PVA is there to help the CRM department but also to respond to the needs of the customer in his hotel room. Our app is designed for virtual assistant like Google Home. A tablet will be provided, the customer will be able to contact the room service, follow the status of his order, book activities and restaurants. Guests will also be able to adjust the temperature of their room, the TV, and the brightness.
